Group Classes- 90 Minute group sessions designed to teach foundational movement quality specific to the theme of the class. The goal is to have a high level of transfer to an individuals outdoor sporting activity.

Training For Climbing Class- 2 hour class designed to build skill and strength for the sport of climbing! We work on body control, finger health and strength, and skill development to create healthy, strong climbers who can handle the challenges brought on their bodies by their sport.

Personal Training- One-on-One movement coaching can be done in person or virtually. This option is exceptionally useful for anyone who needs special attention to a specific ailment holding back their training. Set up a free movement assessment today!
